PIECES

Where are you located?

I´m based in Stockholm Sweden.

All my pieces are available to be shipped worldwide.

 

How are your pieces made?

All my pieces are handmade using fine materials. The flowers are made with clay, paints and beautiful embellishments. For the other products see the description on each piece.

A slight difference can occur in each piece, though each piece is made by hand but are of the same design.

 

Do you make bespoke designs?

Yes! I love making bespoke pieces for clients. Either if you have a design in mind or see something in my collection you would like to be customized. Please contact me, l would love to hear from you.

 

ORDERS

Can l cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order you have 12 hours to cancel. For bespoke orders you have 48 hours of ordering.


Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, l do! If you need a piece quickly, please contact me before you place your order.

I´ll do my best to accommodate your rush order. However, I cannot guarantee that your order will reach you in time once it left the studio, due to customs and shipping companies.

A rush fee will be added to the price.

An additional fee will be added for rush orders.

 

SHIPPING

How long does it take for me to receive my headpiece?

Most pieces are made to order. It can take 3-4 weeks before it is shipped out.

For domestic customers it can take 2-5 business days (PostNord) and for international 5-14 business days (UPS).

For international express orders 2-7 business days (UPS)

A tracking number will be provided for all orders.

Customs taxes and additional fees are customers' responsibility.

The customer is responsible for custom taxes or additional fees.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Before placing your order please read the description, production/shipping time carefully.

Unfortunately, l do not offer refunds for bespoke or rush order purchases. 

 

Make sure to read the description properly before placing an order.

Please have in mind that appearance of colors can vary between computer screens.

By purchasing from my store, you have agreed, read and understood all terms regarding item description, production/shipping time, return/refund policy.
