All pieces are handmade and shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. Production time is about 3-6 weeks. A slight difference can occur in each piece, though each piece is made by hand and are of the same design.
Orders will be sent out to customers after they are done. If you would like a rush order, contact the studio and l will try to accommodate your order for your special piece more quickly (an additional fee will be charged).
Make sure to read the product descriptions properly before purchasing an item. By purchasing an item from my shop you have agreed and understood our conditions and terms regarding sales terms, production time and shipping terms.

SHIPPING
For domestic customers shipping time is 2-5 business day sent using registered post (PostNord).
For international customers shipping time is approximately 5-14 business days sent using UPS. A tracking number will be provided for you.
Note that for international orders, custom fees can be charged once the package has arrived in your country and sometimes processing can delay delivering time.
All additional shipping charges such as import taxes and duties are the recipient's responsibility.
For questions regarding custom charges please contact your local customs office.
Cancellations
After an order has been made you have 12 hours to cancel your order. For bespoke and rush orders you have 48 hours to cancel after you have placed your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately, l do not offer refunds or returns on bespoke or rush order purchases. All accessories are made especially for you. Please read the item description carefully before placing your order. If you have any inquiries regarding any accessories please contact studio.
I can offer an exchange or credit on collection pieces if the piece is unsuitable.
I do not refund or replace items that have been damaged due to not following the care instructions. But I will happily exchange your accessory if it is damaged whilst shipping.
